Our Workforce Readiness Model is one of our significant differentiators.
When Catalyst Interactive started in 1995, we saw ourselves as an eLearning company, mainly responding to clients predetermined training requirements. Over time, we discovered that while clients recognise that their business initiatives have an implementation lifecycle that normally includes analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation, they did not understand that to maximise the potential of the initiative, they need to:
- provide knowledge and information over the course of this lifecycle that informs stakeholders about the initiative,
- prepare them for their role in it, and
- support and evaluate them both during and after its deployment.
By carefully listening to our client's needs, fostering an awareness of their initiative's implementation lifecycle, and proposing components designed to meet the information needs of all initiative stakeholders, Catalyst Interactive has evolved into a full-service, performance system company.
Today, our Workforce Readiness Model helps ensure that a work initiative is successful throughout its entire lifecycle. To do this, we work with our clients to:
- Analyse the overall performance requirements and build a comprehensive plan for each phase of the initiative.
- Provide appropriate services to design the required components and to then develop and test them to ensure that each one meets its specific performance improvement objectives.
- Deploy the Workforce Readiness Model, monitor and measure the outcomes, and then adjust the components to meet the realities in the field so that the targeted organisational goals are met.
