Company Profile

Catalyst Interactive was formed in 1995 as result of a chance meeting between a teacher and a technologist. Capitalising on the emerging multimedia technologies of the time, the organisation established itself as one of Australia's eLearning's pioneers.

Since then, we have used, developed, and pushed technology to deliver performance systems that help organisation perform at a higher level.

Staying true to our mantra of delivering skills and knowledge when and where required we are recognised as a leader within our domain. We design, develop and implement technology-based performance systems and training for globally recognised organisations in the defence, corporate, financial and mining sectors as well as government agencies.

The company has offices in the Australian cities of Canberra, Melbourne and Perth and, as a KBR company, is underpinned by Kellogg, Brown and Root's capability, experience and global reach.

With a large permanent staff of instructional designers, programmers, software engineers, systems engineers, content authors, digital artists, 3D modellers, and project managers, the organisation can deliver simultaneous major projects. Our internal capacity is extended through tested, long term partnerships with domestic and off-shore suppliers.
