• 1-2 years experience in web-based environments
• Ability to grasp new applications quickly
• A good understanding of HTML/XML/CSS

• Develop innovative and practical training solutions for a broad range of clients
• Research, write and design learning content
• Quality assurance of training materials

• Qualifications and/or experience in the field of education, training or communications (experience in systems training desirable but not essential)

• Project Management experience is highly desirable
