An active member of Wildcare, Brett supports injured and orphaned Australian native animals, and Catalyst Interactive supports him in his endeavours.

Change Manager (Canberra)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Change Manager with an established track record in training and enterprise systems upgrade for a major Defence project based at Campbell, ACT. The successful candidate will commence in March on an initial 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop an extensive Change Management Plan (CMP) to support the Technical Refresh of PeopleTools Version 7.63 to PeopleTools Version 8.48 within a Defence environment
  • Implement all aspects of the change program IAW responsibilities outlined in the CMP
  • Provide regular Change Management reports to Change and Training Project Manager
  • Deliver high quality documentation throughout the life of the project
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the Training Management Plan as required
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience working as a Change Manager as your primary role
  • Previous enterprise systems implementation experience in a change and/or training role – preferably PeopleSoft systems
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills (at all organisational levels)
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Australian citizenship is required to apply for a Defence Force Security Clearance

We have a vacancy for a 3D Modeller to join our Virtual Training Systems production team for an immediate start, based in Canberra for an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation of 3D media content
  • High and low polygon modelling
  • Conversion of engineering 3D data
  • UVW texture mapping
Requirements:
  • Experience in 3D Studio Max and Paintbox is highly desirable
  • Previous commercial experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of working effectively as part of a project team
  • A URL for an online folio is essential
  • Sound understanding of 3D media production processes
  • Excellent attention to detail

We are seeking two motivated Content Developers to join our project team in Perth for an initial period of 8 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop e-learning content using HTML and Javascript
  • Develop e-learning content using Flash-based templates
  • Edit and translate MS Word based documents into XML
  • Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and client requirements
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in web-based environments
  • Ability to grasp new applications quickly
  • A good understanding of HTML/XML/CSS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
